Management of The Company
Alcon Property Services Inc. is managed by Ms Alice Connell, a qualified Property Manager and Property Valuer, who holds a diploma from the Institute of Revenues Rating and Valuation – IRRV (Dip.) and a BSc (Upper Second Class Honours Degree) in Estate Management from The University of Reading. The BSc (Upper Second Class Honours Degree) in Estate Management Degree programme involves extensive training in the provision of Property Management and Property Valuation services.
Ms Connell, who is a member of the Barbados Association of Professional Valuers, also holds a BSc. Degree in Public Administration from the University of the West Indies and is an Associate of the Institute of Chartered Secretaries and Administrators in Canada.
Prior to entering the field of Property Valuations and Real Estate in 2001, Ms Connell worked for twenty years in the field of banking both in both the commercial and developmental sectors.
Given her qualifications and experience, Ms Connell is well equipped to handle your real estate needs and is always willing to assist clients wherever possible.
